1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the NDC USA Chapter Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.
2. Account Eligibility
Platform access is restricted to verified members of the USA Chapter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account suspension.
3. Membership Dues & ID Cards
Access to certain portal features, including digital ID generation and voting rights, requires your account to be in good standing. Dues payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of proven billing errors.
4. User Conduct & Campaign Guidelines
Users must maintain respectful conduct on the platform. Candidates submitting materials to the Campaign Gallery must ensure all content adheres to official electoral guidelines. The Administrative Team reserves the right to disqualify or remove any content deemed inappropriate or falsified.
5. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time. However, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed, and any outstanding dues will not be refunded. To request account deletion, email admin@ndcuschapter.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address.
